Brilliant video... especially for those that have to ask why??? these men do the job they do, cause we all know that they sure as hell aren’t in it for the money! Yeah, this video pretty much sums it all up! Firefighting isn’t a hobby its an appointment!

There's quite a few all vollie companies throughout the country that do. It certainly takes the dedication of it's members to make it happen though.

theres quite a few videos kentland's done before that, never that professional of video quality but theres some good ones out there

Kentland is one of three all vollie companies in PG County,Maryland. When I say staffed I mean they are in the building not doing home responses to the station. The others being Bladensburg Co.9 and Ritchie Co. 37. 100% volunteer staffing is not unusual in the mid-atlantic.
From what i've seen the Batt seems like a decent show. The Lt from the episode with DCFD Rescue 3 taught a recent confined space update class I attended.
