Bravo! 40 YEARS…. now that is dedication folks!

Just a tad curious to know if someone has reminded him that when you retire, you just simply switch bosses from the one that more or less hired your ass …
to the one that married yours!

Congratulations to Brother Schmitt on his well deserved retirement!!

Wow....Good job Boss! Ya can take the boy outta the firehouse--but ya can't take the firehouse outta the boy..

When the state makes me retire from the city at age 66, that'll give me 48 years of service....Maybe if I join back with the local VFD, I could maybe make it 50 or even 60 years..

And then I will rest....Take a few days off, maybe even a vacation....

Oops, can't hang around any longer, gotta get off the puter now...The men in the white coats are here now with my medicines and to take me back to the Institute....
