I look at all the ct papers and news stations every day online Just when you think people have a new low in sueing people someone gets lower

We need some mild form of vigilantee justice. This lady is wasting how much of our money because she and her child are too stupid to watch where they are going. Perhaps all the dog owners in a 25 mile radius of this broads home should collect and deposit 1 weeks worth of 'business' on her front porch.
Dont get me wrong, people need to clean up after their pets, but a lawsuit, for this???

Police: Blind Girl's Specially-Made Bike Stolen CHAMPLAIN, N.Y. -- Police in northern New York are investigating the theft of a bicycle specially made for a blind 7-year-old girl. Abigail Phaneuf, of Champlain, lost her sight three years ago after a brain tumor damaged her optical nerves. Her mother said the girl has since become accustomed to using her other senses to help guide her through daily activities, including riding her specially made tandem bike with the help of her 11-year-old brother, Joshua. The bike is a yellow and blue mountain bike that has a homemade red rear attachment with handle bars and an extra-wide seat for Abigail. Troopers said they're searching for the bike and ask anyone who has information to call state police.

SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! thats just sick.... it was probably stolen by some white-collar "soccer mom" that thought that she knows how to raise this little blind girl better than the girls own mom, and thought that a blind girl dont belong on a bike. Even though "soccer mom's" kids are feeling withdrawn and overwhelmed by the pressures to be perfect for "soccer mom" and will eventually turn to drugs and violence to cope.
yes, i know this is an outlandish theory, but it is always a possibility

 All of the completely vile and offensive things that go on on the Howard Stern show (most of which i love), and they get rid of her for appearing in a bikini with her "ugly husband" . Sounds like the school district found an easy way to cut a head and save some money to me rather than just cutting back on the "advanced algebra for kindergarteners" books.

yeah i think what she and her husband do in their free time is completely up to them. I think that somewhat a form of descrimination on the basis of extracaricular (sp?) activities. And if they watch their children on the internet as they should they shouldnt have any issues with their kids seeing this because elementry school kids shouldnt be on howardster.com so i see no problem with it. Teachers are people too, they like to do things that are fun to them.
