I believe the HEWATT is just a converted M977 cargo truck with a 2500 gallon poly tank and 500 gpm pump just for supplying the TFFT, especially in the barebones bases or forward arming and refueling points the Army expects to operate in, i believe the new tender replaces a 5000 gallon semi tanker, this being much more maneuverable, and a more common vehicle, thus much less parts to have to keep track of
